One-time purchases

All Zekkix purchases are one-time payments. We don't offer subscriptions and we never charge you on a recurring basis.

What you pay

Your total at checkout is the product price, plus shipping (free on U.S. orders over $69; $4.95 otherwise), plus any applicable sales tax. Import duties for U.S. orders are covered by us. There are no hidden fees.

Billing descriptor

Your charge will appear on your statement with a reference to ZEKKIX. If you don't recognize a charge, email us before contacting your bank and we'll help right away.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and let you choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Disputes

If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first. Most issues are solved within one business day.
